Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of steamboost-two.vercel.app (the "Site") and promotional services offered by SteamBoost ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to represent yourself or your studio/company. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have rights to promote the Steam game you submit.

2. Our services

SteamBoost provides marketing packages designed to increase Steam wishlist interest and/or peak concurrent player metrics through outreach to real players, as described on the Site. Package scope, timelines, and pricing are described on each package page or in a custom quote.

No guarantee of specific Steam algorithm outcomes: We do not control Valve Corporation or Steam storefront ranking systems. We deliver services as described in your confirmed package; organic Steam performance may vary.

3. No affiliation with Valve

SteamBoost is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

4. Orders and payment

• Submitting an order form is a request, not automatic acceptance. We confirm details, eligibility, and payment instructions separately.
• Payment terms, currency, and method will be communicated when your order is approved. Work begins after agreed payment and confirmation unless otherwise stated in writing.
• You are responsible for providing a correct Steam store URL and contact information.

5. Guest checkout and accounts

You may place orders without creating an account. Optional accounts allow you to manage your relationship with us more easily. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• Submit games or content that violate Steam rules, applicable law, or third-party rights;
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the Site excessively, or interfere with operations;
• Misrepresent your identity, game ownership, or campaign goals.

We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these Terms or pose compliance risk.

7. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery windows (e.g., 14–30 days for wishlist packages) begin after order confirmation and any required prerequisites (payment, valid store page, scheduling). Delays caused by Steam outages, store page takedowns, inaccurate information you provided, or force majeure may extend timelines without constituting breach.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Because services are customized and labor begins after confirmation, refunds are handled case by case:

• If we have not started delivery, you may request cancellation; eligible prepaid amounts may be refunded minus agreed administrative fees if any.
• If delivery has started, refunds are generally limited to undelivered portions of the package.
• If we fail to deliver per the confirmed package terms, we will work with you on partial delivery, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Chargeback abuse may result in account termination and collection of owed fees.

9. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by SteamBoost or licensors. You retain rights to your game and trademarks; you grant us a limited license to use your game name, store links, and assets you provide solely to perform the services.

10. Confidentiality

Non-public business information you share (launch dates, unreleased features, etc.) will be treated as confidential and used only to deliver services, except as required by law.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEAMBOOST AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A SPECIFIC ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT ORDER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SteamBoost from claims arising out of your game content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SteamBoost operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised via our Contact page so we can attempt resolution informally. Where permitted, exclusive venue for litigation shall be in the courts of that jurisdiction.
